We are partnering with an exciting Australian lifestyle fashion retailer as they prepare to open the doors to their brand-new Green Hills store .

You'll have the opportunity to help launch the store, build your team, set the standards and create an setting customers want to come back to.

THE OPPORTUNITY As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the performance and culture of this new location.
You'll be hands-on, visible and commercially focused — leading your team from the shop floor, creating an exceptional customer experience and making sure the store delivers across sales, service, visual standards and operational performance.
You'll be responsible for: Building, coaching and developing a high-performing store team Driving sales, conversion and key store KPIs Creating a relaxed, genuine and memorable customer experience Delivering strong visual merchandising and presentation standards Managing stock,



rostering and day-to-day store operations Creating accountability while keeping the culture positive Building a strong local customer following Working closely with the wider retail and head-office teams Taking real ownership of your store and its results You'll ideally bring: Apparel or lifestyle retail leadership experience A proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets Strong people leadership and coaching skills Confidence with visual merchandising Excellent organisation and time management A genuine love of customer service Energy, personality and the confidence to lead from the front WHY THIS ROLE?
