Key responsibilities include: Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care Monitoring and assessing patient conditions Administering medications,



IV therapies and infusions Providing wound care and post-operative nursing support Supporting patient recovery and discharge planning Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records Adhering to facility policies and best practice standards About You To be considered, you will have: Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 12 months recent acute hospital experience Experience within medical, surgical and acute care settings Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills Experience with IV therapy, wound care and acute patient monitoring Excellent communication and time management skills Current National Police Check Full Australian working rights About HCA Healthcare Australia is Australia's largest healthcare solutions provider.
