We're Looking For People Who Are Experience in community based support Open minded,



respectful and non-judgemental Reliable and accountable Clear and effective communicators Comfortable supporting persons with complex personal or family circustances Confident working independently while maintaining professional boundaries Adaptable and solutions focused Looking for a career, not just another job This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys cooking, shopping, creative activities and supporting people to access their community.
You'll Need Previous experience providing disability or community based supports Current Driver Licence Willingness and ability to undertake community travel NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (where applicable) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English Build More Than A Career At Kirinari, we believe great support starts with great people.
