Civil Project Manager — Subdivisions Medium Density South East Melbourne The Opportunity Our client, a well-established Victorian civil contractor with over 45 years' industry experience, is looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join their team.
With a strong pipeline of residential and industrial subdivision projects and medium-to-high density developments across Melbourne's South East growth corridor and Gippsland, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable, family-run business with genuine project longevity.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of civil subdivision and medium density projects, from mobilisation through to completion Oversee project programming, budgets, cost control and subcontractor management Coordinate civil works including roadworks, kerbing and concrete paving, stormwater drainage, sewer reticulation, earthworks and underground power reticulation Liaise directly with clients, developers, engineers, authorities and internal site teams Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time,
