About the Role We are searching for an experienced Casual Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and holiday periods.
You'll be creating honest, quality pub-style meals with flair, while contributing to a positive and professional team culture.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play an integral role in delivering a consistent, high-quality dining experience.

You're motivated, reliable, and bring a positive can-do attitude.
You'll Bring: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Chef or Cook role Cooking qualifications (highly desirable but not essential) Strong knowledge of modern pub food, contemporary trends, and culinary techniques Excellent understanding of food quality, sanitation, cost control, and presentation Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage deadlines Strong communication skills with colleagues, suppliers, and management Ability to work both autonomously and within a team workplace Perks
