Deliver buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements Analyse quality of earnings, cash flow, working capital and key business drivers Work directly with clients and target management to understand the story behind the numbers Work closely with senior transaction professionals on complex deals Take ownership of key engagement deliverables and mentor junior team members and contribute to client relationships and business development We re looking for someone with:
