Key Responsibilities
n

Build trusted relationships with executives, business leaders, IT teams and multi-agency stakeholders.
n
Align technology initiatives with strategic priorities, operational needs and business outcomes.
n
Lead stakeholder engagement across governance forums, steering committees, workshops and executive briefings.
n
Resolve stakeholder concerns, escalations and conflicts between business needs and technical constraints.
n
Drive business readiness, technology adoption and stakeholder satisfaction across complex digital change.
n
n
Highly desirable criteria
n
n
Proven executive-level stakeholder engagement across large, complex ICT or digital transformation programmes.
n
Demonstrated experience across multi-agency or government environments.
n
Strong business relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
n
Confident communication and presentation skills, including executive briefings and governance forums.

Desirable criteria
n
n
Experience with technology adoption, business readiness or organisational change.
n
Knowledge of Agile or PRINCE2 delivery environments.
n
Certification in change management, such as Prosci or equivalent.
n
Ability to measure stakeholder engagement, satisfaction and adoption outcomes.
n

Skills and experience
n
n
Significant experience in stakeholder engagement, business relationship management, programme management or technology delivery.
n
Solid ability to understand strategic objectives, identify stakeholder needs and create clear engagement approaches.
n
Proven capability to manage complex issues, facilitate consensus and elevate risks effectively.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging at executive level.
n
Experience working across large, complex digital transformation programmes with diverse business and technical teams.
