VLSB+C in Victoria is seeking three Intake & Assessment Officers to join our Intake & Assessment team. You will assess concerns about the service or conduct of Victorian lawyers, determine the appropriate course of action, and support early resolution and preliminary assessment of matters.

We value solid communication and negotiation skills, experience in complaints or regulatory environments, and solid IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
