We have a portfolio spanning a diverse range of residential, urban design and public realm projects. Our end to end services guide projects seamlessly from initial concept design through to approvals, detailed documentation, and contract administration.

The Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Designer (5+ years post-graduate experience) to join our team.
n
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and documenting high-quality design outcomes, working across a variety of projects contributing to collaborative design processes and delivering projects from concept through to documentation.
n
You will work closely with senior leadership in a supportive mentorship environment to develop your skills, expand and broaden your experience.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Independently lead and deliver projects, manage client relationships, and effectively coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary consultants throughout all stages of the project
n
Develop landscape concept designs and detailed documentation
n
Prepare comprehensive landscape documentation packages
n
Coordinate, compile, and review comprehensive drawing packages for DA, CDC, and CC planning submissions
n
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
n
Ensure drawings comply with planning codes, standards, and project requirements
n
Attend site visits, client and project meetings
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in Australia
n
Qualification in Landscape
Architecture/Design
or related field
n
Solid design, documentation, and problem-solving skills
n
Proficiency in Vectorworks (3D, SketchUp and InDesign advantageous)
n
Experience with DA/CDC approvals and local planning requirements
n
Demonstrated experience across premium residential, urban design and multi-residential projects, including medium- and high-density developments, with a strong understanding of the design, coordination and delivery requirements
n
Proven ability to manage relationships with key client and cross-disciplinary consultants
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Strong plant knowledge
n
Current driver's licence
n
Hold permanent Australian work rights
n
