Migration Delivery
n

LeadJira and Confluence migration activities from planning throughproduction cutover.
n
Coordinatemigration
waves, testing cycles, and go-live activities.
n
Supportproject, issue, workflow, space, and attachment migration activities.
n
Ensuremigration deliverables are completed on schedule and meet qualitystandards.

Technical Leadership

Provideguidance to Atlassian Engineers, Developers, and Administrators.

Reviewconfigurations,
permissions, workflows, schemes, and customizations.

Validatemigration readiness and identify technical risks.

Application & Integration Support

of workflows, schemes, permissions, automations, andMarketplace Apps.
