Job Description
VACCA invites applications for a Hub Practitioner in Dandenong, VIC. You will be the first contact for Aboriginal individuals and families seeking support through The Orange Door, handling intake, assessment and timely interventions in a multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver culturally protected support, coordinate short-term assistance, and help connect clients to appropriate services to strengthen safety and wellbeing within the community.
