Ternary in Victoria is seeking a Disability Support Worker to assist NDIS participants to live as independently as possible, maintaining dignity, choice and control in their home setting. You will support daily living activities, promote community participation and help participants work towards personal goals in a team-based setting.

The role requires 3 full days per week with 24/7 consistency, dealing with mobility challenges, continence care, diabetes management and use of mobility aids,
