A recently established specialisttax advisory firm working with impressive clients, boasting a team of Big4 tax professionals are looking to secure their next tax superstar. Guaranteed to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, you'll join a team who offer expertise including:

Mergers & acquisitions
n
Divestments
n
Refinancing
n
Capital restructures & public offerings
n
Fund and platform establishments,
n
Tax consolidation, tax modelling & tax
distribution/provision
calculations
n
Unit pricing, compliance lodgements
n
Tax governance and risk management.

The Opportunity is to join them at either a Senior, Manager or Senior Manager or maybe that one step away from Director.
n
Importantly, this is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to work on complex tax matters, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.
n
This role will see you utilising your strong corporate tax advisory skillset, ideally stepping out of a Big4/Top tier firm.

About You

A proven track record of working within a Big4/Top-tier tax tax team
n
Strong technical expertise in Australian
n
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
n
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading engagements
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, specialist environment
n
