Uniting Farmborough Grove in Farmborough is seeking a MaintenanceOfficer/Tradespersonfor 4 days per week to maintain and repair properties across Farmborough Grove and Nareena Homes in Figtree.
The role supports residents by keeping homes protected, comfortable, and well-presented.
You will perform routine and reactive maintenance, use a CMMS, and coordinate with site managers to ensure safe, timely works and positive resident experience.
