Luqa at Eden Locke is opening on George Street, Edinburgh, and we're hiring a Sous Chef to help shape a recent Italian-inspired concept.
This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, with opportunities to contribute ideas and grow within a small, collaborative kitchen team.
You will prepare and cook across café, brunch and restaurant menus, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and work closely with the hotel team to deliver a memorable guest experience.
