About the role:
n
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded HumanResources Business Partner to join our team-oriented team. Partnering closely with leaders across the organisation, you willdeliver practical HR solutions that support business outcomes and apositive employee experience.
n
This generalist role provides end-to-end support across theemployee lifecycle, including workforce planning,
recruitment,onboarding,
employee relations, performance management, learningand development, engagement, retention and offboarding. You willalso contribute to strategic people initiatives and
continuousimprovement
activities.
n
A key focus of the role is providing expert guidance onindustrial and employee relations matters, including
employmentlegislation,
award interpretation, workplace
investigations,dispute
resolution and complex people matters. Your expertise willhelp strengthen organisational capability, drive employeeengagement and support Sylvanvale's continued growth andsuccess.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Provide expert guidance on all aspects of
industrialrelations,
including award interpretation, dispute resolution,and legislative compliance.
n
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HRstrategies that support Sylvanvale's goals andvalues.
n
Act as a trusted advisor on HR best practices,
employeeengagement,
performance management, and
organizationaldevelopment.
n
Support and resolve complex HR matters with a focus onpositive outcomes and relationship building.
n
Participate in HR projects that build
capability,strengthen
collaboration and support
organisationalsuccess.
n
A degree in Human Resource Management or a relateddiscipline.
n
Comprehensive knowledge of current employment legislation,award interpretation, and industrial relations
practices(understanding
of SCHADs and Children's Services Awarddesirable)
n
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Business Partnerroleor similar or would consider a graduate with workexperience.
n
Demonstrated experience managing complex HR matters,including performance, conflict resolution, and
employeeengagement.
n
Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills,with the ability to drive positive outcomes in a
collaborativeenvironment.
n
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflictmanagement skills.
n
n
The successful applicant must hold a current NSW Driver'sLicence. An offer of employment will be subject to
satisfactorycompletion
of a Police Check, a Working with Children Check, and aNDIS Workers Screening Check.
