We're currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our agile team.
n
What you'll be doing
n
In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and Bars
n
Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing
n
Responding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests with confidence
n
Operating Keno and cashier services
n
Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service
n
Supporting the Gaming team with bar service
n
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
n
Following all RSA, RCG and Club compliance procedures
n
n
What we're looking for




n
We're seeking someone who is motivated, reliable and enjoys working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
A current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG)
n
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
n
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A professional standard of personal presentation
n
Proven cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detail
n
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
n
Previous gaming experience (highly regarded but not essential)
n
