About the Role

As a casual team member, you will play a crucial part in the food processing, packaging, and manufacturing workflow. With immediate shifts available, this is a great opportunity to build your career while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Place products into sleeves and packaging.
n
Check labels, dates and product quality.
n
Pack products into boxes.
n
Keep the work area clean and tidy.
n
Follow food safety and workplace safety rules.
n
Perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
n
Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
n
Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Team Leader.
n
n
Mandatory Skills & Experience
n




We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced workplace and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety. The ideal candidates will have:
n
n
Experience with HACCP and GMP practices – a must.
n
Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety requirements.
n
Flexibility to work on a Monday to Friday roster is essential. Depending on the section, shifts may start between 5:00am–9:00am for the day shift, 1:00pm–3:00pm for the afternoon shift.
n
Physical capability to manage repetitive tasks and safely lift/move heavy items.
n
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team focus.
n
Able to work in a colder environment (3 degrees)
n
Must have Steel cap boots + His Vis jacket (Yellow)
n
