L&R; Group is seeking enthusiastic Pool Lifeguards to join the Kempsey Pool team. You will help deliver safe aquatic experiences, monitor water quality and assist with daily centre operations.

This role requires robust customer service, the ability to work with limited supervision, and a commitment to the community. Training and onboarding are provided in line with the Fitness Award requirements.
