About The Role

As Assistant Concession Manager, you'll support your Concession Manager in leading the team and delivering an elevated, personalised customer experience that reflects our brands. You'll play a key role in driving sales, developing your team, and building strong relationships across the Myer floor — all while growing your confidence as a future retail leader.

You'll work closely with your Concession Manager to spot opportunities for performance and progression, for both yourself and your team.

What You'll Need

Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
n
An interest in fashion, brand storytelling and premium product
n
Confident communication and people leadership skills
n
A proven track record of driving KPIs and sales performance
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n




A commercial mindset with awareness of customer profile and competitor activity
n
A calm, can-do attitude in a quick-paced, multi-brand environment
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support the Concession Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team
n
Personally drive sales and deliver standout customer service to lead by example
n
Build strong working relationships with Myer store, floor and operations teams
n
Manage stock, visual merchandising and pad presentation to brand standard
n
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and training
n
Assist with recruitment, induction and rostering
n
Step up to lead the concession when required
n
Uphold safety, loss prevention and compliance with APG & Co and Myer standards
n
