Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief for the Coffs Harbour Branch. In this part time relief role ****** hours, Mon–Fri, 9:30am–4:00pm), you will be the first point of contact for customers and support nearby branches, including Nambucca, Woolgoolga and occasionally Grafton.
You'll greet customers, understand their enquiries, guide them to the right channel, demonstrate our in-branch technology and digital banking options, and help ensure smooth branch operations.
