About the Role:

Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more!
n
Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
n
Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
n
Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology
n
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience
n
n
Who Are We Looking For:
n
n
Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater,



or sport fishing, we encourage it all!
n
Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
n
Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team
n
Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive store workplace
n
Previous Experience: within stock, customer service, and sales within a fast-paced environment
n
Business Acumen: understanding the local consumer market, products, and growth
