About the role
n
You will be working as part of an experienced production mining team, safely operating haul trucks across an established open-pit iron ore operation.
n
Duties will include:
n
n
Operating large mining haul trucks safely and efficiently
n
Completing production haulage activities within an open-pit environment
n
Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting equipment defects
n




Working closely with supervisors, dispatch and other mobile plant operators
n
Maintaining robust safety, productivity and operational standards
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Proven Dump Truck Operator experience in open-pit production mining
n
Strong safety awareness and positive attitude
n
Ability to work a 2/1 day and night shift roster
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
n
n
