The Role

Based in Chatswood, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a high-performing team and gain exposure to a global business.

Reporting into the commercial finance team, you will play a key role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business performance and decision-making.
n
Your responsibilities
n
n
Preparing and analysing monthly financial and management reports
n
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
n
Conducting P&L; analysis, variance analysis and performance reporting
n
Providing meaningful financial insights and commentary to key stakeholders
n
Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business
n
Supporting financial modelling and analysis of business performance
n
Identifying trends, risks and opportunities and communicating key findings
n
Assisting with month-end activities and reporting requirements
n
Contributing to process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
n
Supporting ad hoc commercial analysis and finance projects
n

About You
n




We are looking for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working with stakeholders and turning financial data into meaningful insights.
n
n
2–5 years' experience in Commercial Analysis, FP&A;, Management Accounting or a similar role
n
Strong experience across reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
n
Solid Excel and financial modelling skills
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
n
A commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
n
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
n
Experience within a large or complex organisation will be highly regarded
n
