What You'll Be Doing

Serving customers over the counter and on the phone, turning enquiries into sales
n




Sharing your product knowledge to help tradies find the right tool for the job
n
Keeping customers in the loop on promotions and deals
n
Handling queries and complaints with a solutions-first attitude
n
Keeping the store looking sharp with great merchandising and displays
n
Continuously building your power tool knowledge through ongoing training
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Sales, retail, or customer service experience — or hands-on experience in construction/trade (tradies looking for a break from the tools, this means you!)
n
A genuine passion for excellent customer service
n
A proven record of hitting KPIs and targets
n
Comfort working with tools and power tools
n
An energetic, team-first attitude
n
Basic computer skills
n
Availability to work weekends
n
