Jungle Busters is one of South East Queensland's leading commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance teams, looking after some of the region's most high-profile outdoor spaces.
n
We're looking for an experienced Planting Team Leader to join our landscaping team, based from our Lawnton Depot.
n
This role suits someone who can do more than simply know the job. We need a leader who can organise a crew, set the pace, maintain quality and make sure the work gets done safely and properly.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Leading a crew undertaking commercial planting and landscaping works
n
Coordinating day-to-day activities on site
n
Setting clear expectations and keeping the team productive
n
Reading the job,



planning ahead and making sure materials and equipment are used effectively
n
Maintaining quality and presentation standards
n
Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with site requirements
n
Working alongside the crew when required — this is a hands‐on leadership role
n
n
What we're looking for
n
You'll need:
n
n
Certificate III in Horticulture
n
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
n
Strong practical horticulture and landscaping knowledge
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Current White Card
n
Confidence directing and motivating a crew
n
Positive communication and organisation skills
n
A strong focus on safety, productivity and quality
n
n
