We arecurrently seeking experienced Care Worker toprovide daily support to our residents at BethaniePeel
n
This roleis available on a casualbasis.

Our CareWorkers are an integral part of the care and support we provide toour residents. Applicants with at least twelve months experience ina similar role will be highly regarded.

AboutYou

n
Previous experienceworking in an aged care or hospital environment
n
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
n
Ability to work wellas a team and also independently
n
Willingness to upholdthe Mission, Vision and Values of The BethanieGroup
n
Willingness to obtainrelevant vaccinations
n
National Police Checkor NDIS Clearance.

Assesscare plans and ensure residents' needs are met
n
Ensureservices (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic andinterest) are delivered in a timely and secure manner
n
Deliver personal caretasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity andrespect
n
Ensureresidents' rooms and the facility environment is maintained toan appropriate standard
n
