Section Waiter (30h-38h per week)
n
Monday- Friday $*****, Saturday $*****, Sunday $*****, Public Holiday $***** + Super + Tips
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a premium restaurant or high-volume venue
n
Strong knowledge of wine, and food
n
Confidence in preparing drinks efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation
n




Understanding of sequence of service and guest interaction in a premium venue
n
Strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently make recommendations to guests
n
WSET Level 1 or cocktail/wine knowledge preferred, but not essential
n
Current RSA required
n

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Working closely with floor staff, sommeliers, and management to ensure smooth service
n
Building rapport with guests and contributing to an exceptional overall dining experience
n
Following venue standards, recipes, and service expectations consistently
n
