About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager - Security to join our Sydney‐based Projects team.
This role is ideal for a security industry professional who enjoys leading complex projects, building strong client relationships, and delivering innovative security solutions. You'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of security projects, providing leadership from project initiation through to successful completion. Working closely with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders,



you'll drive project performance while maintaining exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of security projects.
Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Monitor and report on project financial performance, forecasts, and productivity metrics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with all WHS, OHS&E;, and company standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to project teams in a fast‐paced environment.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, quality, accuracy, and customer focus across all project activities.
About You
We're seeking a motivated and results‐driven project skilled with a strong background in electronic security systems and a passion for delivering successful customer outcomes.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience managing Electronic Security and Access Control (EACS) projects.
Strong knowledge of integrated security solutions,



including access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and associated technologies.
Experience working within commercial, critical infrastructure, or enterprise security environments.
Solid understanding of IT networking, network communications, and hardware configuration.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
Electrical trade qualification highly regarded.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client‐facing skills.
Strong commercial acumen and project financial management experience.
Current NV1 Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) highly desirable.
Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
