Job Description

Role Summary
n
The role requires extensive experience in technical businessanalysis within Agile environments, working closely with business andtechnology stakeholders to ensure accurate data flows, high data quality, andcompliance across complex enterprise systems.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform technical businessanalysis within Agile delivery environments, bringing 8+ years of relevantexperience.
n
Elicit, analyse, and documentbusiness and technical requirements related to data management, data mapping,data consumption, and data lineage across multiple systems.
n
Define, validate, anddocument end to end data flows between source and target systems in collaborationwith technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
Translate complex businessand system requirements into clear, structured documentation suitable for bothtechnical and business audiences.
n




Collaborate with stakeholdersto ensure data requirements are clearly understood, accurately captured, andaligned with overall data platform objectives.
n
Support data quality,reconciliation, and validation activities to maintain data integrity acrossprojects.
n
Apply strong understanding ofdata governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
n
Work closely with cross functional squads to support end to end project build and delivery.
n
Actively work with data todiscover, identify, curate, and model datasets to deliver high quality businessoutcomes.
n
Bring prior experience inSuperannuation, Pensions, Insurance, or Investments (preferred).
n

Essential Technical Experience
n
n
Proven experience working inlarge, complex enterprise data environments.
n
Strong expertise inrequirements gathering, gap analysis, and business consulting.
n
Demonstrated experience indata mapping, data modelling, and data migration initiatives.
n
Strong SQL and data miningskills.
n
Hands on experience breakingbusiness requirements into Jira Epics and User Stories.
n
Good working knowledge ofConfluence for requirements documentation and workflow definition.
n
Proven analytical experienceworking with cloud platforms and databases.
n
Strong facilitation andrequirements management skills within Agile delivery models.
n

Qualifications (Preferred)
n
n
Tertiary qualification inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
n
Robust experience working with Agile practices.
