Located in the heart of Manly, Norma is serving breakfast and lunch to locals and visitors from abroad. Step down into the deli and you will be greeted by the warmth of the working kitchen and hit with the smell of freshly baked cakes.

We're inviting expressions of interest from friendly, energetic hospitality professionals who'd love to join our Front of House team on a part-time basis. While we may not have a role open right this moment, we're building a pool of great candidates to reach out to as positions become available.

About the role
n
As part of our FOH team, you'll be the face of Norma's Deli — welcoming guests, sharing your knowledge of our menu, and making sure every customer leaves with a great impression. You'll work closely with our kitchen, bar and barista teams to keep service running smoothly, and take pride in keeping our space clean,



stocked and presentation-ready.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Welcoming guests and delivering warm, attentive service
n
Sharing menu knowledge, promotions and recommendations with customers
n
Supporting the kitchen, bar and barista teams to ensure efficient service
n
Handling POS and cash transactions
n
Keeping tables, floor areas, displays and the pastry bench clean, tidy and well-stocked
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
2 years+ experience in a quick-paced customer service-facing hospitality role.
n
Current RSA (required)
n
NSW FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate – where applicable
n
A genuine love of interacting with guests and delivering great customer service
n
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
n
A reliable, team-first attitude with great communication skills
n
