The Role
n
This position will work closely alongside an Industrial Services Engineer and report into the Maintenance Planner and work with the wider maintenance and engineering team, playing a critical role in ensuring effective inventory control and maintenance support across site.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Managing technical parts inventory, including min/max levels, replenishment, and lead times
n
Supporting and contributing to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives across site
n
Coordinating with engineers, trades, and production teams to support maintenance execution
n
Creating visibility and control over spare parts availability for planned and unplanned work
n
Overseeing vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely supply of critical components
n
Supporting work order processes,



including parts allocation and readiness for maintenance tasks
n
Driving improvements in inventory accuracy, reliability, and warehouse efficiency
n
Supporting maintenance planning activities through strong coordination and communication
n

About You
n
To be successful, you will bring:
n
n
Experience within high-volume manufacturing (food/dairy highly regarded)
n
Strong background in inventory control, spare parts management, or maintenance support
n
Exposure to TPM or continuous improvement environments
n
Experience working closely with engineering and maintenance teams
n
Strong vendor and supplier management capability
n
Solid understanding of inventory systems, replenishment processes, and lead time management
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced, 24/5 production environment
n
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, hands‐on mindset
n
