What you will do

Provide comprehensive HR services to all staff groups ensuring an efficient and effective operational process.

Advise and support managers and staff on complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and sickness absence.
n
Play a key role in managing employee relations risk by offering expert ER advice.
n
Develop strong and effective working relationships with different divisions and across the Trust.
n
Positively influence patient and staff experiences through professional HR services.
n

Requirements
n
n
Experience providing operational Human Resources services.
n
Ability to advise and support managers and staff on complex employee relations matters.
n
Robust knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and sickness absence procedures.
n
Ability to develop effective working relationships across multiple divisions and teams.
n
Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial for travel across Trust locations.
n
HCPC registration is not required.
