Job Description
GPWC seeks a General Manager Technology Operations to lead a 28-person team delivering infrastructure, service management, and deployment support for 7,000+ users across 350+ locations. You will shape the strategy, drive automation, and partner with vendors while mentoring onshore and offshore staff.

You will champion ITIL-aligned operations, oversee Azure-hosted SaaS environments, advance ServiceNow ITSM maturity, and ensure reliable, scalable services for retail and clinical sites.
