Job Description
Egis is seeking a hands-on Technology Support Lead to run frontline IT across our four QLD offices. You will deliver advanced Level 2 support, spanning hardware, software and meeting room/AV, while driving service improvement and acting as the trusted IT voice for engineering and project delivery teams.

You'll manage one direct report, travel between sites, and be the key link between local operations and the wider global IT organisation, keeping people, project teams and platforms operating
