• Lead the planning and execution of innovation and efficiency initiatives across the program• Identify opportunities to improve capability, availability, maintainability and overall sustainment performance• Provide governance, reporting and assurance across multiple initiatives• Lead, mentor and develop a team of innovation and project professionals• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across maintenance, engineering, supply chain, training and business management functions• Lead delivery of the Capability, Innovation and Efficiency (CIE) Program• Ensure outcomes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards• Work across multiple stakeholder groups and Defence and engineering functions• Report to the CIE ManagerRequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience managing complex projects, programs or initiatives in Defence, aerospace or engineering environmentsStrong leadership and stakeholder management capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersDemonstrated experience developing business cases and delivering measurable operational or financial benefitsDeep understanding of project governance frameworks and delivery controlsStrong commercial and contractual acumenExceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsTertiary qualification in Engineering, Business,
