The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd (IUIH) is expanding its aged care program in South East Queensland, delivering in-home care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The role involves designing, implementing and evaluating daily programs for clients, liaising with Assessor and Community Nurses to assess needs, and coordinating services to increase inclusion and access.
