and working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.Support the delivery of small to medium mining and infrastructure projectsManage discrete work packages from early scope through to deliveryCoordinate inputs from multidisciplinary design teamsWork closely with Project Managers to track cost, schedule and progressEngage with clients, contractors and internal stakeholdersContribute to technical reviews and ensure quality outcomesAbout you:Background as a design engineer (mechanical, civil, structural or similar)Experience working on mining or heavy industry projectsStrong interest in moving into project engineering / package managementAble to coordinate people and deliver outcomes, not just produce designsSolid communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindsetComfortable working across multiple scopes and prioritiesWhy WSP?
