BD Procurement – Solar & BESS – VIE Location: Sydney, Australia Team: Business Development About The RoleWe are looking for a Procurement officer to bid for our Solar & BESS projects.
You will work at the intersection of Business Development and Procurement, contributing to new project opportunities, market analysis, supplier engagement and the preparation of competitive EPC proposals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the identification and assessment of new Solar PV and BESS opportunitiesConduct market, competitor and supplier research to support Business Development activitiesIdentify and engage with local and international suppliers and subcontractorsPrepare RFQs and analyse supplier quotations,



pricing and commercial conditionsSupport commercial negotiations and procurement strategies during tendersContribute to cost estimates and commercial proposals for EPC projectsMonitor renewable energy market trends, equipment pricing and supply chain developmentsIdentify potential partnerships, suppliers and cost optimisation opportunitiesWork closely with Business Development, Engineering, Commercial and Project teams throughout the tender process About YouMaster's degree in ProcurementMinimum 1 year of professional experience in Business Development, Procurement, Tendering, Engineering or a related field.Strong interest in renewable energy, Solar PV and BESS projects.Good commercial, analytical and negotiation skills.Comfortable working with Excel and analysing commercial data.Professional level of English.Previous experience in the energy, construction or EPC sector would be an advantage.
