tenants and contractorsManaging lease obligations and day-to-day property management requirementsCoordinating maintenance and contractorsHandling tenant and owner enquiriesEnsuring compliance with lease and property requirementsMonitoring arrears, renewals and other key portfolio mattersMaintaining accurate property records and documentationWorking collaboratively with your Property Management Assistant and offshore supportProviding a high level of service to clients and tenantsAbout YouThe ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Manager with commercial property knowledge and the confidence to manage a portfolio.You'll ideally have:Previous Commercial Property Management experienceA strong understanding of commercial leases and property managementExcellent communication and relationship management skillsThe ability to confidently deal with owners, tenants and contractorsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailSound judgement and the ability to take ownership of issuesA proactive approach to managing your portfolioAn appreciation for good systems, processes and accountabilityWhy Consider the Role?
