As we power back into production, this is an opportunity to be part of recharging a critical operation at the centre of the global battery supply chain.Our preference is to build a long-term, Darwin-based workforce, offering residential drive-in, drive-out roles that allow you to be home every night.About the OpportunitiesWe are seeking Site Water Management Technicians to support the operation and maintenance of water infrastructure across our site.Reporting to the Mine Services Superintendent, these roles will be responsible for managing borefields, dewatering systems, and site water infrastructure, ensuring reliable supply and effective water management to support mining and processing activities.These roles are critical in supporting the safe and efficient operation of our site during restart and ongoing production.These positions are offered on a Darwin-based residential 7:7 roster, providing a solid work-life balance with the chance to be home every night.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain borefields, pumps, and water management systemsSupport dewatering activities across mining areasMonitor water levels, flows, and system performanceConduct inspections, maintenance,



and troubleshooting of equipmentMaintain records and reporting related to water management activitiesWork closely with site services and operational teamsContribute to secure and efficient site operationsAbout YouYou are a hands-on technician with experience in water management, pumping systems, or site services infrastructure.You will bring:Experience in water management, dewatering, or similar field-based rolesExposure to mining, construction, or industrial environments (preferred)Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipmentStrong safety focus and ability to work in remote environmentsAbility to work within a team and follow operational proceduresRelevant high-risk tickets (e.g. forklift) highly regardedValid Australian driver's licenceAbout Core LithiumCore Lithium is an ASX-listed resources company focused on the restart of the Finniss Operation near Darwin in the Northern Territory.
