St Vincent's Hospital Sydney is seeking a Lead Pharmacist for Quality Use of Medicines (QUM).
You will provide clinical leadership to ensure protected, cost-effective medication practices and regulatory compliance across SVHS and affiliated services.The role oversees the hospital formulary, IPU approvals, and reporting, while delivering QUM initiatives, MUE/DUE activities, and policy development to support optimal patient care.
On-call and weekend duties apply as rostered.
