As a Witchery Concession Manager, you will inspire, lead, and coach a high-performing team within a David Jones concession site to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise profitability, and maintain a protected, high functioning work place.
How You Will Contribute
Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experienceLead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activitiesAttract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your concession store and the GroupActively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeingUnderstand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to playBuild and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and concession partners, floor managersRole model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
