The successful candidate will oversee multiple operational sites, lead large leadership teams and take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the region.With responsibility for more than 80 employees across multiple locations, this role requires a highly analytical and commercially astute leader who can leverage data, systems and continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance and support future growth.For the right individual, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while positioning themselves for further progression as the business continues to evolve.Key Responsibilities Include:Lead the operational performance of multiple distribution facilities across Northern AustraliaMaintain full accountability for regional P&L; performance, budgets and cost managementDevelop and implement forward-thinking initiatives focused on operational excellence and continuous improvementEstablish robust reporting frameworks, KPIs and performance metrics across the networkDrive improvements across inventory management,



stock accuracy and warehouse efficiencyIdentify and implement systems, technology and process improvement opportunitiesLead workforce planning, labour optimisation and operational resource allocationDevelop high-performing leadership teams and drive a culture of accountabilityEnsure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards across all locationsPartner with senior stakeholders to support strategic business objectives and future growthSkills & Experience15+ years' experience within warehousing, distribution, logistics or supply chain operationsProven experience leading multiple distribution centres, regions or large operational networksDemonstrated P&L; ownership and strong commercial acumenSignificant experience managing large workforces across multiple sitesAdvanced analytical capability with a data-driven approach to decision makingProven track record delivering measurable continuous improvement outcomesExperience implementing operational transformation, systems or process improvement initiativesStrong ERP and WMS expertise, with SAP, Pronto or similar platforms highly regardedExtensive inventory management experience within high-volume, high-SKU environmentsExceptional leadership, stakeholder management and communication skillsPlease note We are only accepting applications from candidates currently based in Australia who hold unrestricted working rights.
