With around 5 years' Business Analysis experience, you'll play a key role across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes in a fast-paced financial services setting.
This is more than a traditional BA role.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of high-profile initiatives, while also taking on project management responsibilities and expanding your skill set.
You could find yourself working across initiatives including:
Regulatory and compliance-driven changeInitiatives across Equities and Fixed IncomeNew product development and implementationAcquisitions and integrationBusiness and technology transformation projects
About You
We're looking for a Business Analyst with approximately 5 years' experience, ideally gained within financial services, investment banking, markets or a similarly complex environment.
You'll bring:




Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skillsExperience working across complex projects and change initiativesThe ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear outcomesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive, delivery-focused approachAn interest in taking on project management responsibilities and broadening your remit
