About the Role

As we build toward 2.2 million tonnes per annum, efficient load and haul performance is central to achieving production targets.
Our Bogger Operators are critical to keeping headings clean, stopes productive and ore moving safely to surface.
Operating modern Sandvik LHDs equipped with RTC systems, you'll work across development and production areas, maintaining steady material movement and supporting cycle time optimisation.
This is a role for operators who understand production flow and take ownership of tonnes moved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Operate tele-remote Sandvik loaders safely and efficiently within underground production areasBog production stopes and transfer material to stope stockpiles and ore passesLoad underground haul trucks in accordance with production requirementsMaintain underground roadways and working areas to site standardsConduct pre-start inspections and report equipment defects or maintenance requirementsComply with site procedures, safety standards and legislative requirementsWork collaboratively with Supervisors, Truck Operators and Mine Control to achieve production targetsContribute to a safe, productive and positive underground team culture
Requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experienced in operating underground boggers (LHDs) equipped with Remote Tele-Remote Control (RTC) systemsExperienced operating Sandvik LH514 and LH517 loaders in underground mining environmentsStrong commitment to safety and safe work practicesAbility to work independently and demonstrate initiativeStrong communication and teamwork skillsProven ability to work effectively within underground production environmentsCurrent WA C-Class Driver's LicenceCurrent Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
