This is a unique opportunity to provide leadership in clinical education and contribute to the ongoing development of Physiotherapy staff and students across St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
Reporting to the Physiotherapy Clinical Education Lead and Physiotherapy Manager, you will contribute to the Physiotherapy Clinical Education Stream while continuing to support high-quality clinical services for our patients.




You will play an important role in coordinating and promoting clinical education opportunities for Physiotherapy staff and students, as well as contributing to broader Allied Health education initiatives where required.
The role includes supporting undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and contributing to team-oriented education projects across Allied Health, St Vincent's Health and partner universities.We are looking for a clinician who brings:Strong clinical knowledge and experienceA passion for clinical education, teaching and staff developmentAn understanding of adult learning principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teamsEstablished professional networks and a commitment to ongoing professional developmentA collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to education and research initiativesClassification: Physiotherapist Grade 3 VB7-VC1 ($104,135 - $118,981 per annum, pro rata for part time).
About YouA minimum of 7 years' clinical and/or clinical education experienceCompletion of, or progress towards, a relevant postgraduate qualificationDemonstrated knowledge of Physiotherapy management and clinical service provision within a public healthcare settingRecognition by professional peers as a clinical expert, with broad and relevant clinical experience in your area of expertiseDemonstrated leadership,
