In this role, you'll support the set-up, implementation and continuous improvement for new projects including inspection and testing systems, ensuring practical, consistent application across our high-voltage infrastructure projects.Working closely with our Engineering, Project Delivery, and Construction teams, you'll embed quality into every stage of the project lifecycle - from planning and design,
through to site execution and commissioning.Based in either our Adelaide, Sydney or Doncaster offices with travel to site up to 2 weeks per month, this is a high-impact and highly collaborative role that gives you the opportunity to influence how Australia's future energy assets are delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the quality management set-up and implementation for new projectsDefine, standardise and continually improve of inspection and testing processes across projectsSupport project teams in the setup and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Certificates (ITCs)Conduct internal and supplier audits, reviews, and system health checksFacilitate and support the resolution of audit findings and non-conformance through investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actionsProvide hands‐on quality support on‐site during key project phasesDeliver training and guidance to project teams to uplift quality capability and embed best practicesInfluence a strong quality culture across both office and site environmentsAbout YouDesired Skills and ExperienceTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess3+ years' experience in quality, ideally on high voltage energy or civil infrastructure projects from either a project based or centralised function roleRecognised qualifications in Quality Management or a related fieldCertified or qualified quality auditor,
with demonstrated experience planning and conducting audits in accordance with ISO ****:**** or equivalentPractical experience developing and implementing ITPs, ITCs, and inspection/testing systemsWorking knowledge of ISO ****, and familiarity with AS****, AS**** and AS****Ability to travel regularly to project sites and regional offices (up to 2 weeks/month)A current Australian Driver's LicenceBe rewarded at CPP.At CPP, we value our people above all else.
