About the RoleBased at our Osborne Park office, you'll take ownership of plumbing projects across Perth.
From planning through to handover.
You'll be the link between clients, site teams, contractors and suppliers, making sure jobs run on time, on budget, and to the standard our name is built on.Responsibilities includeDeveloping and executing project plans for commercial plumbing worksManaging budgets, schedules and resources across multiple jobsCoordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliersIdentifying risks early and putting practical solutions in placeLiaising directly with clients, builders and consultantsEnsuring compliance with building codes, safety and industry standardsDriving process improvements as the business growsWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in plumbing or constructionStrong technical knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and WA regulationsProven ability to deliver complex projects from start to finishConfident managing budgets, programmes and resourcingExcellent communication skills with clients,
