They are accountable for delivery performance against program and budget baselines, and ensure site activities are aligned to client expectations, specifications, and internal governance.
The Project Manager directly manages site teams and coordinates delivery across engineering, commercial, and operational support roles.
They serve as the primary interface between construction teams, internal support functions, subcontractors, and the client.ResponsibilitiesManage daily execution across 3-6 concurrent projects, each with active crews and subcontractorsDeliver works in line with contract, budget, and scheduleEscalate and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and stakeholder engagementCoordinate field teams (Supervisors, Engineers,



Quantity Surveyors) to meet program requirementsMonitor safety, quality, and compliance activities, escalating issues as requiredTrack delivery progress and commercial exposure; maintain accurate site reportingInterface with clients and authorities; manage communications and attend progress meetingsDrive subcontractor accountability through program reviews and scope alignmentForecast material needs and coordinate with internal procurement and plant logisticsLead project-level reporting, forecasting, and performance updatesUse MGC field systems and reporting tools to maintain consistency and transparencyParticipate in delivery reviews and internal handoversCollaborate with Construction Manager and internal support leads (HSEQ, Commercial, Shared Services)Provide constructability input to tender development, delivery methodologies, and mobilisation planningValidate assumptions around resource staging and site constraintsAbout You5+ years' experience in civil construction project deliveryStrong commercial and subcontractor management capabilityProficient in field delivery planning, forecasting, and progress trackingWell-developed communication and team leadership skillsSound understanding of HSEQ and local council complianceStrong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to drive accountability on siteWhite Card & Australian Drivers LicenceCurrently, we do not require any applications or submissions through agencies or third-party services.
